Light package: the third-party costs you pay directly in Paraguay currently come to about $1,020: Migraciones fees about $590 (Gs. 3,500,000, provisional amount), local document package about $170 (Gs. 1,000,000), sworn translations about $135 (Gs. 800,000), notarial power of attorney, copies and certifications about $100 (Gs. 600,000) and RUC registration about $20 (Gs. 120,000). Converted at about 5,900 Gs per USD; the amounts can change.

Note on the RUC: the inscription (Inscripción) is included in the Premium package (on Light and Standard it is an optional add-on). The inscription is not the finished RUC — after your cédula is issued you appear once in person at the DNIT to complete it, and any DNIT office in the country will do, not just Asunción.

MoreInvestor Pass
Support with the Paraguay Investor Pass, which grants direct permanent residency through a qualifying investment and skips the two-year temporary phase. Resolución MIC 283/2026 sets four categories: productive from $70,000 (pre-approved business plan, at least five formal jobs, through a new or an existing company), tourism from $150,000 (business plan, tourism-linked project), financial instruments from $200,000 (held at least two years, annual reporting) and real estate from $200,000 (held as an investment, personal use excluded). All four run through SUACE, which assesses the project and issues the Constancia de Inversionista Extranjero, and that certificate is what opens the permanent-residency filing. The split that matters in practice is active versus passive: productive and tourism mean operating something, financial and real estate do not. SUACE issues the Constancia within five business days at most, but only once you have entered Paraguay and obtained a Paraguayan INTERPOL certificate.
An individual quote depending on which category you use. Resolución MIC 283/2026 has been in force since April 2026; operating detail has kept moving, so the current requirement is confirmed with SUACE and our partner lawyer before you commit capital.

If your application is refused through no fault of your own, we refund the price of your residency package, minus official fees already paid. Refusals you cause yourself (for example incorrect or incomplete information) are excluded.
