Right of withdrawal for EU and EEA consumers
Applies to consumers resident in the EU or the EEA
This notice applies if you are a consumer, meaning an individual acting for purposes outside your trade, business, craft or profession, habitually resident in a member state of the European Union or in Iceland, Liechtenstein or Norway, and you enter into the contract with us at a distance, for example online, by e-mail, by phone or in a video call. We grant you the right of withdrawal set out in Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, using the model withdrawal information in Annex I to that Directive, whether or not the law of your country would require it in your particular case.
Consumers resident in the United Kingdom have the equivalent right under the UK rules, set out on our UK cancellation page. If you live elsewhere, your individual contract, our money-back guarantee and any mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence apply. Our money-back guarantee stands alongside the right of withdrawal and does not replace it.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Topblog LLC, trading as Paraguay Tax Free, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA, telephone +49 157 81288288, e-mail info@paraguay-taxfree.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
When the work starts early, and when the right ends
We do not begin work on your file during the 14-day withdrawal period unless you expressly ask us to, for example when you accept our offer. If you do ask and then withdraw, you pay the proportionate amount described above. You lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, if performance began with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you would lose the right once we had fully performed the contract.
