Terms & Conditions

Topblog LLC (Paraguay Tax Free) · Last updated: October 9, 2026

Section 1. Scope and provider

(1) These terms and conditions apply to all contracts between Topblog LLC, trading as Paraguay Tax Free, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA ("we"), and its clients for the services described in the individual quote.

(2) Terms of the client do not apply. Provisions in the individual quote take precedence over these terms.

(3) We do not offer our services to persons resident in the State of Illinois, USA, and do not conclude contracts with them.

Section 2. Our services

(1) We organize, accompany and coordinate official procedures in Paraguay, in particular the residence permit, the cédula and related registrations, within the scope of the individual quote. Our work is administrative: we forward the client’s documents to licensed translators (traductores públicos), gestores and the competent authorities, arrange appointments and accompany the client to them. Individual services are provided by qualified partners on the ground, such as our Paraguayan partner lawyer, translators and notaries. If the client books legal services through us, we bill the fee to the client and pass it on to the partner lawyer, who carries out the legal work on her own responsibility. The client can also engage the partner lawyer directly.

(2) We do not carry out any legal review of documents, requirements or individual cases. The formal and legal review is carried out exclusively by the Paraguayan migration authority (Migraciones) and our Paraguayan partner lawyer.

(3) We are not a law firm, not a tax adviser and not an investment adviser, and we do not provide legal, tax or investment advice, including on the law of the client’s home country. We are not attorneys and are not accredited to represent anyone in immigration matters before any authority. General information on our website does not replace individual advice from a person licensed to give it.

(4) Applications are decided exclusively by the competent authorities. We owe the careful organization and accompaniment of the procedure, not a particular official outcome; the money-back guarantee under Section 6 remains unaffected. We do not promise any particular tax result.

(5) Processing times of the authorities are outside our control. Information on how long a procedure takes reflects experience, not binding deadlines.

Section 3. Conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded only when the client and we have signed the contract document; the signature may be given electronically. Accepting a quote by email, WhatsApp or another messaging app does not by itself conclude the contract. We send the client the signed contract, these terms and, for consumers in the UK, the EU or the EEA, the cancellation or withdrawal notice in text form.

Section 4. Client cooperation

(1) The client provides the documents named in the quote completely, truthfully and on time, including the apostilles or legalizations required in their home country, and attends the personal appointments in Paraguay.

(2) The client informs us without delay of circumstances that may matter for the procedure, in particular criminal records, pending investigations, name changes or earlier residence permits in Paraguay.

(3) Delays and additional costs caused by missing, late or incorrect information or documents from the client are borne by the client, provided we have told the client the amount in text form beforehand.

(4) Under Paraguay’s anti-money-laundering law (Ley 1015/1997), our partners, in particular the partner lawyer, escribanos and banks, may have to verify the client’s identity and the origin of funds before they act. The client provides the information and documents needed for this, and we pass them on for that purpose.

Section 5. Prices and payment

(1) The fixed prices of the individual quote apply. Billing is in US dollars. Prices are in USD; no VAT is charged.

(2) Unless the quote says otherwise, 50% of the price is due as a deposit when the contract is concluded and the remaining 50% when the client receives the Residencia Precaria (provisional residence approval). For standalone services, payment is due as stated in the individual quote.

(3) We accept bank transfer (also via Wise) and the stablecoin USDC. Payments in USDC go to our wallet address; we give you the network and the address with the invoice, and you pay from your own wallet or through your exchange. Crypto is only a payment method for our own fees: we do not hold, exchange or advise on crypto-assets for clients, and we do not exchange, hold or forward funds for third parties. We may ask about the client’s identity and the origin of funds. The price is fixed in US dollars; network and transaction fees and any exchange difference until the payment arrives are borne by the client. Paying with crypto can be a taxable disposal in the client’s country; that is for the client’s tax adviser. Bank transfer is always available.

(4) The official fees of the residency procedure in Paraguay (Migraciones, cédula) are included in the price where the quote shows them as included, which is the case for the Standard and Premium packages; on the Light package the client pays them directly. Costs for certificates and apostilles in the home country, travel and accommodation, and services of third parties not included in the quote are borne by the client.

(5) If the client is in default of payment, we may suspend performance until payment is received, after notifying the client in text form.

(6) We do not receive, hold or forward money for third parties on behalf of clients, such as purchase prices, share capital or investment amounts. These are paid by the client directly to the seller, the company, the bank or the escribano. Official fees that a package includes are paid by us out of our own price.

Section 6. Money-back guarantee

(1) If the application for the residence permit is refused through no fault of the client, we refund the price paid for the residency package (Light, Standard or Premium). Official fees already paid to authorities are excluded.

(2) The guarantee does not apply to add-on services.

(3) Refusals due to incorrect or incomplete information, undisclosed records or lack of cooperation by the client are excluded.

(4) Refunds under this guarantee are made in US dollars, up to the amount invoiced, also where the client paid in USDC. Third-party costs already paid, such as official fees and sworn translations, are not refunded.

(5) This guarantee is given in addition to the client’s statutory rights and does not limit them.

Section 7. Right to cancel

(1) Every client, wherever they live, may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of signing it, without giving reasons. Where the law of the client’s country of residence grants a longer period or further rights, those apply. Withdrawal is possible online, by email or by WhatsApp.

(2) Consumers resident in the United Kingdom, the European Union or the EEA find the statutory details, the effects and a model form in our cancellation notice for UK consumers and our withdrawal notice for EU and EEA consumers; the same effects apply to all other clients.

(3) The money-back guarantee under Section 6 applies independently of the right to withdraw.

Section 8. Termination for good cause

(1) The client may end the contract at any time. Services already rendered are paid for in proportion to the agreed price, and any amount paid beyond that is refunded within 14 days.

(2) Either party may terminate the contract for good cause. Good cause exists for us in particular if the client gives false information, breaks the law, or remains in default of payment or fails to cooperate after a written request with a period of at least 14 days. In that case we keep the right to payment for the services rendered up to that point.

Section 9. Liability

(1) Topblog LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

(2) Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the law that applies to the client.

(3) We are not liable for decisions of the authorities or for their processing times, unless we or our partners caused them by breaching our obligations.

(4) These provisions also apply in favor of our partners and the persons we engage to perform the contract.

Section 10. Data protection

We process the client’s personal data to perform the contract and share it for that purpose with our partners in Paraguay and with the competent authorities. Details are in our privacy policy at paraguay-taxfree.com/privacy-policy.

Section 11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If the client is a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive them of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where they are habitually resident (for consumers in the EU, Article 6 of the Rome I Regulation 593/2008), and they may bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence wherever the law gives them that right (for consumers in the EU, Articles 17 and 18 of the Brussels Ia Regulation 1215/2012).

Section 12. Final provisions

(1) Amendments and additions to the contract must be made in text form.

(2) If a provision of these terms is invalid, the rest of the contract remains valid. The statutory rule takes the place of the invalid provision.

(3) Complaints can be sent to info@paraguay-taxfree.com or by WhatsApp; we answer within 14 days. Contracts already signed keep the version of these terms that applied when they were signed.
