Banks in countries that apply the CRS, clients or your home country sometimes require official proof that you are tax resident in Paraguay. The Certificado de Residencia Fiscal from the DNIT tax office provides it.

We apply for the certificate for you under Resolución General 65/2020, with a copy of your valid cédula and the Constancia de Movimiento Migratorio from Migraciones for the period; if you are registered as a taxpayer, your RUC obligations must also be up to date. The DNIT issues it within 10 business days, and it is valid for one year from issue.
